Mostly we in BPO HR are involved in recruitments, employees come and leave almost suddenly, BPO industry is growing rapidly and there are lots of options to the young and exited souls, they are almost ruining their careers hopping jobs, thoughtlessly, for the comfort of an A/C cab or a good looking office which may offer them absolutely no growth opportunities. Except a probable hop after another 6 months. They need to stay, learn and grow.
