The days started off with another resignation! This call center is heading toward. Not heading at all. Its not moving, it is still, calm and most of them do not know about the resigning team leader, whos writen a lot of comments upon the mis - "management", in his resignation email.
The catch is - it was his appraisal yesterday, taken in presence of the GM, and the GM had much thought and pointed out his " Areas of Improvement" in a detailed discussion. The GM was positive about his presence of mind and maturity. But...
Good... a dissatisfied TL, and a mis managed team.. Leading to negetive quality reports.
I need suggestions, I do not have power's I am an HR Exec. The only person from HR team at office, and I kep myself very approachable to the employees. But when they do not understand the objectives. I have to face it - That its a PHASE. Inlife of a call center.
