GM decided to ask the employee to leave without completing the NOTICE term!
The approach to address issues is wrong. Will spread virus in team instead of solving their issues.
So he's not there in office today. And wont be there now, its the second times he has done this. A hiring for the second time.. perhaps a wrong decision.
Its a learning..
Have a hard time convincing the team that it was not because of the negative feedback he gave to management he was asked to leave but it was because his approach was all wrong it was not in a positive perspective to solve it. Rather just to point flaws with a determined negativity.
Not a quality of a Team Lead.
Anyone reading this, knows a deserving person. Let me know. I need a leader for my team. For my young vibrant and energetic team.!!
